What to expect from this year’s conference!
The BSG Conference is the largest gathering of sarcoma specialists in the UK. Places are booking up fast so make sure you register your place to hear the latest developments and updates from across the field of Sarcoma care.

Call for Papers
The abstract submission is now open and we encourage all those working in the field of Sarcoma to submit a paper for presentation at conference either as a podium talk or as a poster display.
Notes for abstract submission:
- All abstract submissions need to be submitted via the online portal which can be accessed by clicking the link below
- Abstracts should be a maximum of 250 words
- Please avoid using pictures, diagrams or tables
- We strongly recommend writing your paper into a word document and saving a copy before copying it into the online system.
- Submitters can choose from oral or poster presentation
The deadline for submission is Friday 4th December. Notification of accepted presentations will be made in January.

*A reduced rate is available to nurses and AHP’s who only wish to attend for the dedicated nursing and AHP sessions which are scheduled to take place on the Wednesday.
Conference tickets give you access to all the conference sessions, exhibition, poster displays, lunch and refreshments.

We’re delighted to be hosting the BSG Conference at the Hilton Utilitia. Attached to the Utilita Bowl – Southampton’s home of Cricket – the hotel is perfectly positioned with easy access from local train stations, the motorway and Southampton airport.

Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in the conference fee. Preferential rates will be available at the Hilton Utilitia for conference delegates – more information to follow.

BSG Conference 2026 - Oxford
Thank you to everyone who attended the BSG Conference 2026! We had a fantastic event with inspiring talks set in the inspirational setting of Oxford Town Hall.
