The improvement in registration of clinical trials means that we can now offer links to the most appropriate registration authorities, who provide full information on studies currently actively recruiting, or awaiting analysis.
The principle international registry is Clinicaltrials.gov run by the NIH. This database will include all reputable studies worldwide.
The European Clinical Trials register (EUdraCT) run by EMA has a publicly searchable website.
Studies which have been ‘adopted’ by the National Institute for Health Research Cancer Research Network (NCRN) in the UK, and are thus available at NHS hospitals, can be found in the NIHR CRN Trials Portfolio database.
Plain language descriptions of studies which are recruiting in the UK are available through Cancer Help (a service provided by Cancer Research UK). There are separate search categories for bone and soft tissue sarcomas.
