Splenic Radiotherapy Clinical Guidance

The Royal College of Radiologists is seeking comments on the draft document Splenic Radiotherapy Clinical Guidance. The purpose of this guidance is to raise awareness of the spleen as an organ at risk structure and aims to ensure all patients receiving radiotherapy to the spleen have their risk of resultant functional hypo-splenism assessed, and decisions made on appropriate management if required.
